Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email when your return has been processed. Please note: Holidays and weekends are not business days.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Please refer to the tracking provided to you at the time of shipment to confirm delivery of your items to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for shop credit and are *Final Sale Items only!

- Intimates/Undergarments
- Food
- Daily Deals or Pre Orders
- Marked Final Sale
- Accessories (Jewelry, glasses, handbags, sunglasses, hats, hair accessories, etc)
- Bath and Body
- Any items marked on sale
- Gift cards
- Custom/personalized ordered items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shoes
Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping.
Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes returned without their original shoe box are subject to a restocking fee depending on original purchase price of the shoes (Restocking fee of $5-$25)
All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
Requests for item/order cancellation will be handled on a case by case basis, and processed as a shop credit. Please email at wildgemsboutique@gmail.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for shop credit.
A customer return rate above 15% will begin to incur restocking fees. A consistent return rate above 15% will result in removal from our shopping platform.
Please thoroughly review our return policy to ensure that no items are sent back to us that are final sale. If a final sale item is returned to us, there will be a $5 charge, per item, to send the items back to you. If the return shipping fee is not paid in a timely manner, the items will be forfeited. Thank you!
